Frequently Asked Questions
Can microcement be used in a shower or bathroom?
In most cases, yes. It depends on the waterproofing system underneath, not the finish itself. We confirm this with a site check before anything is locked in.
Can it be applied over existing tiles?
Often, yes, as long as the surface is properly prepared. We check this during a site visit.
Will the existing surface need to be removed?
Not always. Sometimes we can apply straight over what is already there. We confirm this case by case, on site.
How does waterproofing work?
Waterproofing sits underneath the microcement finish, it is not part of the finish itself. In wet areas we always confirm the right waterproofing system is in place first.
INSTALLATION

What warranty is provided?
We stand behind our work. Exact warranty terms are confirmed with your quote.
Warranty wording, exact delivery zones and timeframes, and cleaning product recommendations still need the client's confirmation before this page is finalised. Nothing above should be published without that sign off.

Can I buy materials without installation?
Yes. We supply microcement materials on their own if you already have your own installer.

How long does installation take?
This depends on the size and complexity of the job. We will give you a clear timeframe as part of your quote.
